For this project, I aimed to fix a user experience problem at DigiPen Institute of Technology. A User Research lab has been in the works at the school for years, but there was little to no information about the project available to students. I set out to discover whether students were interested in this addition to their education and find a solution to the lack of knowledge surrounding the lab. The following presentation documents my journey through research, interviews, problem statements, solutions, and the specs of how I plan to fix this problem.
